Using a theme-based approach, we aim to develop and foster self-confidence, clarity in speech, imagination and creativity in children. Children will learn speech and drama skills through a variety of creative and fun activities. These skills will enable them to express themselves articulately and confidently.
The programme content also covers customary traditions and Chinese folk art and craft to engage children in a creative learning process. This programme will help to cultivate interest and love for Chinese culture in children from a young age, through familiarisation and a deeper understanding of Chinese culture and arts.
In this programme, children learn the Chinese language through storytelling and language games. By listening to different stories, they are exposed to numerous Chinese characters. As frequent exposure builds familiarity, they will be able to learn and understand how these characters are formed and written, effectively expanding their “word bank” of Chinese Characters.

With art, kids are able to illustrate an ideas and thoughts on a blank canvas, which they will then have a chance to ‘Show & Tell’ the story behind their art in Chinese. This builds up confidence and coherence when speaking Chinese. Practice makes perfect!
